That is really strong 💪... ive been change management lead on a billion dollar program and that is an extremely incisive view. Are you a consultant of sorts?

Thank you - that resonates. Change management at that scale gives you direct view of the pattern, doesn't it?

I can see why those the develop the tech only see the technical debt of what they do but those of us who are on the implementation side experience the contextual human debt.

I've been developing Information Ecology Theory after years watching organizations exhaust themselves fighting information's nature rather than working with it. Currently exploring what professional practice looks like as guide and practitioner. The framework is crystallizing but the service model is still emerging.

I'm curious what most resonates about "contextual debt" from your experience on that billion dollar program you worked on?
